A：非常陰鬱的顏色，也許就像他本身的名字RED SEAL，形容得真好，就是海豹的顏色，紅棕色。泡沫中等，消泡速度算快，light lacing。

S：其實聞不出什麼味道。

T：先有一點奶油味，而後堅果濃郁感、柑橘、可可，澀苦，淡如水。

M：有點酒精度，又覺得很淡。

D：沒有很喜歡也不討厭，喝完之後嘴巴會很臭的一支啤酒。

Description:
An Americanized version of a Hefe Weizen, these beers range within the pale to golden range in color. Reminiscent of a Hefe Weizen in appearance, unless filtered. Long-lasting head with a light to medium body, higher carbonation is proper. German Weizen flavors and aromas of banana esters and clove-like phenols will not be found. Most use a substantial percentage of wheat malt. Hop character will be low to high but most are moderate in bitterness. There may be some fruitiness from ale fermentation though most examples use of a fairly neutral ale yeast, resulting in a clean fermentation with little to no diacetyl.

Often served with a lemon wedge (popularized by Americans), to either cut the wheat or yeast edge, which many either find to be a flavorful snap ... or an insult and something that damages the beer's taste and head retention.

A：起初乍看之下是金黃色，其實不然，顏色看來柔順，像絲綢一樣有厚度，有點像濃郁的柳橙，甚至倒到最後還有一股濃郁的氣泡漩渦，有點像痰(這樣還有人敢喝嗎？哈哈)。起泡快消泡也快，酵母超多，後來看瓶身上寫著：Blue Star is unfiltered, combined with a blend of the yeast adding a complex noble hops to create this note to the flavor profile.

S：聞起來超香，麥味香氣很清雅又濃郁，除了這個味道之外，我其它都聞不到。

T：喝來順口，微酸的口感，有葡萄酒的味道再加上葡萄柚的酸和澀感，口腔內會留下啤酒花特有的香味，很順口。

M：口感還算清淡，二氧化碳程度中等，大概是都逸散了，酸然酒液看來濃郁，口腔卻很清爽。

D：超愛這支啤酒，順口好喝，香味很純樸實在。在BA得到的評價也滿高，是B。
  意外發現這種表情符號，真北覽。

Classic German Pilsners are very light straw to golden in color. Head should be dense and rich. They are also well-hopped, brewed using Noble hops such has Saaz, Hallertauer, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Tettnanger, Styrian Goldings, Spalt, Perle, and Hersbrucker. These varieties exhibit a spicy herbal or floral aroma and flavor, often times a bit coarse on the palate, and distribute a flash of citrus-like zest--hop bitterness can be high.

A：金黃色亮麗，泡沫多且濃，消泡速度中等。

S：啤酒花跟麥香很均衡，再加上一點酒精的味道，或許還有一點香蕉的感覺吧。

T：順口微酸，很淡地金桔，有點澀味衝上喉頭，，。

M：口感順暢中帶點澀感，強弱適中，二氧化碳的感覺也很微弱。

D：整體來說是一瓶很不錯的超商啤酒，香味很足夠，跟以前在超商買到的啤酒差很多。



第二次喝這瓶酒了，第一次喝的時候是半夜，那一次真是驚為天人，可能是太累了吧。

第二次喝的感覺就比較差一點了。

A：顏色像橘子汁，泡沫很少，消泡極快。
S：聞起來有啤酒花的味道、橘子水果的酸味。
T：苦澀味很重，佔了大部分的感覺，有焦味(可可)。
M：口感濃郁厚實，酒精感強。
D：整體來說很像台啤經典款(藍色瓶子)，就是...濃濃的苦澀味，我不喜歡這個口味。

今天心情不好才喝酒，想不到喝到了不喜歡的酒，真衰。

A：strong but fluffy head but fades quickly. Looks like the color of brown bear, and a little muddy. Wonderful color!

S：caramel, a little bit of citrus fruit, nice wheat flavour. Spicy, aroma

T：drinks like soda at first, and than quickly comes with a nice bitter flavor of cocoa.

M：great carbonation, suitable for steak. A very balanced alcohol flavor. just awesome.

D：it taste a little bit sour, you just can't drink a lot of it, it'll generate a bad feeling in ur stomach and chest, makes u like to vomit. But...and...I will give it 7 of 10.

A：金黃色，看起來就很清涼。泡泡不多而且消逝的很快。
S：聞起來淡淡的啤酒花香，可能是從澎湖來台北之後就沒碰酒，所以一開始聞到那味道我整個人突然興奮了起來。
T：喝起來味道很清爽，不像台啤那麼甜膩，苦味淡淡的，偏酸，溫度上升之後，味道的變化也不會很大，大約就是那酸酸的味道，我還滿喜歡的。
M：清淡爽口。
D：整體來說還不錯，最好是能迅速喝完它，瓶子上面有寫"Imported" 是指專門出口用的嗎？進口商的地址在文山區景福街，該不會是台灣菸酒公司進口的吧？！

Watou's Wit Bier

ABV：5%

風格： Witbier

A Belgian Style ale that's very pale and cloudy in appearance due to it being unfiltered and the high level of wheat, and sometimes oats, that's used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel and other oddball spices or herbs in the back ground. The crispness and slight twang comes from the wheat and the lively level of carbonation. This is one style that many brewers in the US have taken a liking to and have done a very good job of staying to style. Sometimes served with a lemon, but if you truly want to enjoy the untainted subtleties of this style you'll ask for yours without one. Often referred to as "white beers" (witbieren) due to the cloudiness / yeast in suspension.

瓶子的設計很傳統，只是修道士改成一個像是酒鬼的人，他身體下方有好多大麥，說明了白啤酒用了大量的麥。



A：看起來大概是有點混濁的白色，幾乎沒有泡沫形成，看起來就很消暑的顏色跟感覺。

S：聞起來有一股濃郁的西洋梨甜蜜微酸的香味，又有點香檳的味道，二氧化碳濃度感覺頗高。

T：喝起來酸酸的，有點像雪碧，有二氧化碳的刺激感，最像的是CHAMPAGN，女生愛死它了吧！

M：light

D：還滿好喝的，西洋梨的味道很香，酸酸的口感，酒精濃度又不高，很可口，適合女生。

Achel Brune

The Belgian Dubbel is a rich malty beer with some spicy / phenolic and
mild alcoholic characteristics. Not as much fruitiness as the Belgian
Strong Dark Ale but some dark fruit aromas and flavors may be present.
Mild hop bitterness with no lingering hop flavors. It may show traits
of a steely caramel flavor from the use of crystal malt or dark candy
sugar. Look for a medium to full body with an expressive carbonation.


Traditionally a Trappist Ale, many brew similar "Abbey
Dubbels" to try and emulate the originals (Trappist Westvleteren 8,
Westmalle Trappist Dubbel & Chimay Premi�re).

這是在BAR喝的了，所以沒有拍照片，只向店家要了瓶子回家，當天昏暗，也不能看清楚酒的顏色。
A：我記得是深色的，Head濃密，持續時間也長，當然也在杯子留下很棒的LACE。
S：聞起來有麥的香味，淡淡地，其他味道我形容不出來，就是淡淡的一股氣味掠過。
T：剛喝的時候，很香的核桃堅果味道！很棒，讓我眼睛為之ㄧ亮。後來溫度上升之後，酒變酸，苦味釋放一點，很有柑橘類水果的味道，但是很順口，這大概是我喝過最喜歡的一瓶正宗修道院啤酒了。
M：口感其實不會太濃郁，中等的濃稠度，很順暢。
D：我很喜歡這瓶酒，有修道院啤酒的那股氣味，但是酒精的感覺卻不是很強烈，喝得很順口，又有很香的栗子味，後味像葡萄柑橘等酸性感覺，實在是太好喝了！

Anchor Porter

Description:

Inspired from the now wavering English Porter, the American Porter is the ingenuous creation from that. Thankfully with lots of innovation and originality American brewers have taken this style to a new level. Whether it is highly hopping the brew, using smoked malts, or adding coffee or chocolate to complement the burnt flavor associated with this style. Some are even barrel aged in Bourbon or whiskey barrels. The hop bitterness range is quite wide but most are balanced. Many are just easy drinking session porters as well.

你看！有些甚至是用釀WHISKY或BOURBON的酒桶來釀造，所以會吸收酒桶的麥香味或是其特殊氣味，很棒！



A：深棕色~黑色之間，後來看起來竟然有鹿血的紅，想起小時候喝鹿血的回憶。泡沫是深色系一貫地綿密，持續力普通。

S：聞起來又是花香，anchor的特色似乎都是很香，上次喝的Anchor Liberty也是香到不行。聞起來就很甜蜜的感覺，HOP的感覺就沒那麼強烈了。

T：剛倒出來時溫度低喝起來很酸甜，也就是柑橘水果的感覺很強烈，所以一開始超級可口，很棒！而後溫度稍稍上升後，也就是會有苦味釋放，但是不會很苦，有可可的苦感，溫度在更高的時候，剛喝下是酸的(沒氣泡感)，而後有苦瓜湯的苦瓜那種淡淡的苦味，再過來是波蜜果菜汁的感覺，很奇妙。

M：酒精感適中，感覺body很濃厚，喝完嘴唇周圍都會黏黏的。

D：整體來說入喉順暢，花香很棒！四個字：香甜酸蜜。是我喜歡的啤酒，酒精度不高不低，會暈又不會太暈，整瓶酒也很有特色，很棒！



這張能清楚看見泡泡的綿密感。



上次在景美夜市買的鑰匙造型開瓶器，好難用，受力點很不平均，所以整個瓶蓋都彎了差不多30度才把瓶蓋打開，又費力又破壞瓶蓋。

逼不得已千萬別用。

Westmalle trappist-tripel

泡沫都流出來了。

Description:

The name "Tripel" actually stems from part of the brewing process, in which brewers use up to three times the amount of malt than a standard Trappist "Simple." Traditionally, Tripels are bright yellow to gold in color, which is a shade or two darker than the average Pilsener. Head should be big, dense and creamy. Aroma and flavor runs along complex, spicy phenolic, powdery yeast, fruity/estery with a sweet finish. Sweetness comes from both the pale malts and the higher alcohol. Bitterness is up there for a beer with such a light body for its strength, but at times is barely perceived amongst the even balance of malts and hops. The lighter body comes from the use of Belgian candy sugar (up to 25% sucrose), which not only lightens the body, but also adds complex alcoholic aromas and flavors. Small amounts of spices are sometimes added as well.



Tripels are actually notoriously alcoholic, yet the best crafted ones hide this character quite evil-like and deceivingly, making them sipping beers.

A：酒液的顏色呈現橙色狀，也就是部透明的金黃色，看起來的感覺就很濃稠。剛開始要倒酒的時候因為泡沫綿密的關係，空氣無法對流，酒還倒不出來(真空狀態)，由此可知泡沫有多綿密，而且泡沫持續時間很久很久，看起來就賞心悅目，二氧化碳多。

S：聞起來當然要有啤酒花的味道，橙類的酸味也有一些。

T：喝起來一樣是高酒精濃度的口感，有橙的酸味輔佐，順口許多，有點焦味，橙味很棒，尤其是酒的溫度上升一點之後，橙味更是明顯。

M：口感濃烈，後味留下酸苦感。值得一提的是，泡沫的口感像奶昔一般。

D：入喉的感覺還OKAY，不會太嗆。



總結：喝一瓶就有點暈，是買醉省錢的好選擇。但其實味道很棒，很濃郁，又有香氣，水果類酸味替持續性加分不少。





杯子洗得乾淨再加上泡沫綿密就能製造出這種景象，漂亮！





這泡沫很綿密，所以在酒杯上緣突出來。

Belhaven Classic Choice Fruit Beer 貝爾黑芬水果啤酒

酒精濃度：4.6%

產地：UK

適飲溫度：15~18度C---這溫度不知道怎麼得來的，但經過這次經驗，最好還是聽從建議。

風格：Fruit Beer



A：琥珀色的酒液，泡泡很少，有點像CIDER。

S：聞起來有苺類的甜蜜感，HOP的味道很淡很淡。剛開始聞的時候酒還很冰，所以味道不明顯，所以我就聽從建議將酒放熱了，果真，味道變得濃烈許多，很令人驚訝那試飲溫度的建議。

T：很冰的時候喝起來味道淡到不行，像是參了很多水的CIDER，很令人失望；於是等它放熱了之後，果然，神奇的事情又發生了，味道開始散發，BERRY的甜酸味出來了，口腔會留下一點點澀苦感，還滿舒服，二氧化碳刺激感中高。

M：清淡，酒精感很低很低。

D：easy to drink down~~~~



總結：

酒瓶上註明：請勿冰存冰箱過久，請注意，不同於白啤酒，過冰將使應有之味道無法正確表現。

所以，真的要照酒廠的建議喔！

這是支適合夏天夜晚的啤酒，但我不是很喜歡，因為有甜味，女生會喜歡，像那個禮儀師就很喜歡。

由於已經放假了還被叫去演習，演習就算了，還是演戲...天氣又熱，一回到家馬上就到7-11去買生啤酒，看這包裝很清涼於是就買了。

天氣熱大口灌下真是爽！不得不讚美一下LAGER。

A：外觀看起來很清爽，金黃色的酒液。泡泡很綿密，但是不持久，包裝上說像奶油般的泡沫。

S：聞起來是淡淡的HOP香味再加上一點點檸檬酸味。

T：喝起來很清爽，味道不是很重，微微的苦味再加上玉米所產生的甜味，很棒，太適合夏天！

M：light.

D：只有一個字--順！氣泡不會阻礙大口灌下的豪氣感。



總結：這啤酒很棒！味道調合得很順暢！適合飲酒作樂的大熱天路邊攤。

Guinness Foreign Extra 健力士

Decription:

A special style of stout that is brewed bigger than normal for a long journey, the more traditional Foreign / Export Stouts will be found in the tropical regions of the world. Higher in alcohol with a very pronounced roasted character.

A：顏色是深濃的黑巧克力色，泡沫極細緻濃稠，消泡時還能看見如漏斗般流瀉而下的酒液，像咖啡般。

S：聞起來有淡淡的啤酒花味，多了葡萄皮的酸澀味道。

T：剛開始喝是黑巧克力的口感，味道很高雅，巧克力的香味留在上顎。而後溫度上升，啤酒開始發酸，越來越酸，到後來竟然像紅酒，很奇妙的感覺。

M：後來嘴裡都是劣質紅酒的酸澀感，剛開始的巧克力味道已經不見。

D：一開始很好入喉，後來...你也知道，突然變成葡萄酒的感覺，較不好入喉。



這泡沫的感覺像極了防火填塞的泡棉膠







這是它的LACE，酒杯對啤酒泡泡的特性有很大的影響，細細的杯子，泡泡層會比較厚，看起來比較可口，泡泡也能持續比較久。

St. Bernardus Abt 12 Beer

Description:

Inspired by the Trappist brewers of Belgium, a Quadrupel is a Belgian style ale of great strength with bolder flavor compared to its Dubbel and Tripel sister styles. Typically a dark creation that ranges within the deep red, brown and garnet hues. Full bodied with a rich malty palate. Phenols are usually at a moderate level. Sweet with a low bitterness yet a well perceived alcohol.

A：這是酒精濃度較高的啤酒，顏色比較深，差不多是日式淡醬油的顏色。這是瓶內二次發酵的啤酒，打開時泡泡就冒出來了，泡泡綿密，持續時間長。雖然泡沫多，但是黏度好像不高，沒出現LACE。

S：將鼻子湊近就能感受到酒精味道，再加上啤酒花的味道濃郁，感覺很強烈。包裝得洽到其份，感覺就是濃烈。還有一點醬油味。

T：喝下去有酒精感，在嘴裡能感受到酒精在蒸散的感覺，有點苦味，但是那苦味很深沉憂鬱，棒極了！等到啤酒溫度上升了之後再喝，漸漸有果香，像是芭樂的感覺，就是甜中帶酸的果感。

M：口感濃郁但不膩，酒精的感覺稍強。

D：入喉感覺很具有男人味，好硬漢的感覺，也就是，喉嚨會發熱喔~



適飲溫度：6~10度C



瓶子上還畫了個符號：禁止孕婦飲用，哈哈哈。這款酒的保存期限比較長，長達五年，可能是酒精度較高的緣故。



總結：酒精度強的好喝啤酒！ 這酒的評價好像都很高。BA評價是A。

A：比蘋果西打的顏色要更深，泡沫細緻，消泡的速度中等。後來所謂的LACE有出現，但是並不會很多，一點點。

S：這瓶啤酒聞起來很香，真的很香！有葡萄柚的味道(傳說中的citrus)，還有清雅的花香。

 等到溫度上升一點再聞，竟然有醬油的味道，鹹鹹香香，很特別。

T：入喉後，會有一股味道從喉嚨再跑出來，微澀，一樣，花香還是很棒，口腔內會留下苦味，頗強烈，但不是濃郁又揮之不去的感覺，是很清爽的、容易散去的，不會難受。

M：酒精度6度喝起來不太會有負擔，如果想要買醉，這也很容易就會DIZZY，中等的濃稠度，剛剛好啊！

D：喝起來很順口，二氧化碳消逝的速度不快，入喉會有刺激感，但一下子就不見了，很順口。



總而言之，這支啤酒很順口，香氣十足，喝完嘴巴不會留下臭味，味道偏苦，很平衡的感覺。



喝到快完的時候，發現杯底有一點沉澱物，是酵母嗎？

A：酒的顏色接近烏龍茶的感覺，二氧化碳濃度很高，氣泡十足，但是消泡也消得快，泡沫綿密度適中。

S：聞起來會有暈船的感覺，可以聞得到酒精的感覺。啤酒花的味道很淡雅清酸，不像台啤那麼濃烈。

T：在口腔裡的感覺是二氧化碳的刺激性強烈，入喉的時候口腔會留下微酸的感覺，感覺口腔粘液瞬間被清空，等待口腔溫度再度回升之後，兩頰便會有苦味釋放。等待啤酒沒那麼冰涼了之後再喝，苦味竟然變得比較少，反而多了葡萄柚皮的香味及植物油的澀感。

D：不適合快速灌下，氣有點太飽，而後入喉的感覺也不是很棒。

心得：

其實像極了傳統的台灣啤酒，喝完之後嘴裡會留下酸味，而後苦味會慢慢釋放，鼻子靠近聞得到啤酒花的味道，倒的時候不怎麼起泡。

瓶子外觀我還滿喜歡的，瓶子上還寫了：2001至2004年屢次於歐洲布魯塞爾所舉行之世界啤酒評選比賽中，獲得"啤酒工藝大金牌獎"



但是喝了之後我的感想是不怎麼樣，只有剛開瓶的時候冰冰涼涼好喝，而一開始在喉頭會留下一股濃郁的甜膩感，過沒多久，啤酒就開始變酸變苦了。
